Preferred Package ($2299.95 + tax) – The preferred Package is the complete “white glove” service. We will look after the entire project from start to finish. Our service includes a house walk for Device and Wall Plate count. We walk the house with the homeowner to ensure they order the exact product that is best for their application. We will recommend products and help find solutions for clients. We will assist the showroom with the order to ensure all the correct items are ordered. Once the homeowner or a registered electrician has installed the product, we will schedule the programming with the client. We will connect all lights and create all the scenes for the client. We will then give them a full tutorial on how to use the app. The preferred service includes one free 3rd Generation Amazon Echo Alexa Dot! We will also integrate the adorne and radiant product with smart devices. Including the free 3rd Generation Amazon Echo Alexa Dot that we provide and other basic smart home compatible devices that the homeowner already possesses: such as other Amazon Alexa products, Google assist, and others). We will stand behind our work with a six-month warranty on the programming, and Legrand stands behind their products with a lifetime warranty. Working8 does not warrant any other smart home devices. Advanced Package ($1499.95 + tax) – The advanced Package is for clients who can decide what products they would like but need assistance with the programming. Once the homeowner or a registered electrician has installed the product, we will schedule the programming with the client. We will connect all lights and create all the scenes for the client. We will then give them a full tutorial on how to use the app. We will integrate the product with Amazon Alexa, Google assist, and other basic smart home compatible devices. We will stand behind our work with a three-month warranty on the programming, and Legrand stands behind their products with a lifetime warranty. Working8 does not warrant any other smart home devices. Please contact the manufacture for more assistance troubleshooting those devices.

Assistance Package ($899.95 + tax) – The assistance package is for clients who aren’t looking for programming assistance but require assistance walking the home and putting the order together. This includes a house walk for the Device and Wall Plate count. We will walk the house with the homeowner to ensure they order exactly what product is best for their application. We will recommend products and help find solutions for clients. We will assist the showroom with the order to ensure all the correct items are ordered. The client is then responsible for the installation and programming of the product. 

Basic Services 

On-Site Troubleshooting and System Alteration Assistance ($699.95 + tax)  – For simple and easy on-site troubleshooting assistance, look no further. Customers can easily schedule a Working8 technician to assist them on-site with a variety of services such as: 

– System Device Additions (New switch, dimmer, or smart product added to the system)

– System Programming or Altering (New Scene, New Event, Altered Scene, Altered Event, Remote Assets Setup, Remote Access Alterations)

– Tru-Universal Dimmer Programming 

– Adorne and Radiant Smart Home Integration (must be compatible smart home products)

Subscription-Based Services 

Working8 Smart Home Subscription ($39.95 + tax per month. (One-time initial system set up fee of $1695.99)) – For complete peace of mind comprehensive service, Working8 offers the Complete Aftercare Program. This program includes a whole house walk for Device and Wall Plate count. We will make recommendations and help find solutions with the homeowner to ensure the best products are ordered for their application. We will assist with the showroom order, complete system programming after the product is installed. Also, we will make a complete system connection to all lights, develop whole scene creation and provide a full tutorial on how to use the app. Similar to the preferred service, customers will receive one free 3rd Generation Amazon Echo Alexa Dot! Working8 Technicians will integrate the adorne and radiant product with the free Amazon Echo Alexa Dot that we provide and other basic smart home compatible devices that the homeowner already possesses. We will stand behind our work by warranting our programming for the lifetime of the subscription, and Legrand stands behind their products with a lifetime warranty. The Complete Aftercare Program also includes access to services such as:

We will recommend products and help find solutions for clients. We will assist the showroom with the order to ensure all the correct items are ordered. Tape Lighting Services

Commercial, Hospitality, and Residential Tape Light Solutions (Hospitality & Commercial $895.95 + tax / Residential $695.95 + tax )  – If you’re working on a commercial, hospitality, or residential request for tape lighting, Working8 will meet on-site with the client to develop the complete bill of materials. Once we have found the right solution to meet the client’s needs and the bill of materials is created, Working8 will review the order with the showroom. Once the showroom has reviewed the list, they will submit the purchase to Working8 for the products. Once the products arrive, the homeowner can arrange the installation with the registered electrician. 

This new service will help make all commercial, hospitality, or residential tape lighting projects an easy and seamless transaction for end-users, customers, and manufacturers.
